For Boutique Hotel Eden, Smarteh delivered an integrated Guest Room Management System (GRMS) and building automation solution, connecting:
• Networked access control with RFID MIFARE technology for secure guest room access and intelligent room management
• Smarteh LPC-2.DT3 GRMS room panel, combining RFID card card holder, room status management, temperature and ventilation control in one compact solution
• OCC / DND / MUR / SOS room status functions for improved communication between guests and hotel staff
• HVAC and lighting automation for improved comfort and optimized energy management
• Integration with the hotel’s BMS/SCADA supervision system for centralized monitoring and easier operation
